Armor Title Company, LLC also acts as an authorized Escrow/Notary services agent for the parties involved in a real estate transaction. In this capacity, we are responsible for receiving and promptly and properly disbursing all funds involved in the transaction. We also have several Notaries Public on staff, whose signature and seal on a document signifies that the document is valid and official.
