Teresa attended Sowela Technical Institute where she completed 2 years of basic computer and accounting courses, from there Teresa attended McNeese State University receiving an Associate’s Degree with her focus being in Computer Information Technology, Sociology and Criminal Justice. Teresa received her Louisiana Notary Public certification in March 1992 and has been an active Notary Public since that time. Teresa began her career as a paralegal since 1995. In 2005 she was employed by Loftin, Cain & LeBlanc, LLC, where her paralegal responsibility’s shifted primarily to Real Estate Law. Teresa has been actively working as a Real Estate paralegal, working with buyers, sellers, lenders and agents handling the data management, title opinions, title policies, closing packages and curative items since that time. Teresa is the Post Closing Specialist for Armor Title, Co. She has over 2 decades of experience in the legal field. Her vast array of knowledge and understanding of legal matters allow her the ability to recognize, address and prepare both pre, and post-closing curative documentation that may be critical to the perfection of a real estate deed conveyance. Teresa’s strong Paralegal background is a vital asset in all Residential & Commercial Real Estate Title and closing transactions.
